Our friends at Fantasy Alarm have given us a sneak peek at their top 300 rankings, and as usual, studs like Trea Turner, Juan Soto, Ronald Acuna, Shohei Ohtani, Gerrit Cole, and Corbin Burnes are among the best of the best. Of course, if you’re in a redraft league, you likely won’t get more than one or two of these types of players, which means the middle and even lower portion of the rankings are just as important and fun to debate.

DOMINATE YOUR DRAFT: Fantasy Alarm Ultimate Draft Guide

As always, we caution against viewing the overall rankings as a glorified mock draft. Once you get past the first couple rounds, fantasy owners tend to focus on categories and positions. That can be a mistake, as it can cause you to miss out on certain values, but you also can’t ignore the scarcest positions (2B, RP) while loading up on 1Bs or shortstops.

It’s important to note the rankings below are a composite of three of Fantasy Alarm’s experts (Jim Bowden, Howard Bender, and Adam Ronis), so there’s plenty of room for debate. But that’s part of the fun of draft season. Everyone’s a potential breakout, and there’s no reason to consider anyone a potential bust. Only a few players are already injured, so dream big and dominate your draft.
