Last year was a big one for Harrison, even if his biggest fight of 2022 didn’t go his way.

Following his incredible contest with Muangthai PK.Saenchai, Harrison faced Nong-O Gaiyanghadao for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship.

Though he came up short in his first ONE world title opportunity, Harrison will look to come back even stronger this year after competing in some big fights in 2022.

Liam Harrison is solely focused on getting back in fighting shape so he can step back inside the circle as soon as possible. The Brit is currently undergoing some injuries that need to be worked out first before he can make his first appearance of 2023.

In 2022, ‘Hitman’ was awarded the Muay Thai/Kickboxing Fight of the Year award for his war against Muangthai PK.Saenchai. Following his win in the memorable back-and-forth conest, Harrison competed in his first ONE world championship fight, coming up short against Nong-O Gaiyanghadao.

On Instagram, Harrison discussed some of the injuries he is facing entering the new year. He shared:

The British Muay Thai fighter went on to explain that he will keep busy with podcasting and promoting the Hitman Fight League in the UK. However, he’s uncertain when he will be able to get back in the ONE circle.
